Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis, and can be made up to one year in advance. Full payment is required when the reservation is made. We book up quickly so please plan to reserve your venue early! Reservation Process Form

Aptos Village County Park is a lush setting and a beautiful park with a clubhouse, large patio, gazebo and BBQ. Ceremonies and receptions can be held indoors, on the lawn with stately trees as background or in the charming gazebo. It is nestled between Santa Cruz beaches and the hills of Aptos, making it the perfect destination for all guests.
Quail Hollow Ranch is a charming ranch of historical and ecological significance. The ranch was once the home of the Lane family who owned Sunset Magazine from 1929-1991. The park sits on ecologically rare habitats with endemic wild flowers and abundant wildlife. Your reservation includes the exquisite ranch house and spacious lawn which offers scenic views of an orchard and the forested Santa Cruz Mountains. This location is well-suited for outdoor ceremonies and receptions.
Highlands County Park is the site of many weddings each year. Your rental will include a delightful mansion from the 1940’s with a grand room for dancing. The venue offers privacy in a park setting with elegant, landscaped grounds for a ceremonies and receptions.
Valencia Hall is a restored historic building that resonates with charm. An attractive covered porch welcomes you to the beautifully restored hall and is available for wedding ceremony use. The charming hall is perfect for both ceremonies and receptions, while the bordering orchard and redwoods are perfect for photos. Tucked out of the way and on the outskirts of Aptos, this venue makes you feel you have to the world to yourself for the day and night.
Bear Creek Recreation and Community Center includes a welcoming clubhouse and adjoining grove picnic area. Located in San Lorenzo Valley, the historic venue is home to an old-growth redwood tree that is over 2,000 years old.
