Becky began swimming at age 4 and continued learning strokes, dives, and water safety until she was old enough to become a life guard and swim instructor, and eventually a pool director. She has taught for 13 summers at summer camp and community pools. She loves to see swimmers conquer their fear of water and begin to really swim. She has taken students from entry level to proficient swimmer; the reward for both student and teacher is a bond and friendship that continues today. Becky is also a certified elementary teacher which gives her insight into working with children and parents alike. You can find Becky keeping up her own swimming skills here during adult lap swim.
