The County of Santa Cruz Department of Parks, Open Space and Cultural Services mission is to provide safe, well-designed and maintained parks, and a wide variety of recreational and cultural opportunities for our diverse community.
We are a close-knit, capable team of parks, recreation, and cultural professionals who thrive working in a community-based environment. We seek community members to join our team to help us build on our successes and expand and maintain our excellent parks, programs, facilities and special events.

County Parks issues Calls to Artists for a variety of arts opportunities throughout the year! Calls are for public art in County Parks, County-owned buildings, and other public spaces.
