Santa Cruz County Parks Scavenger Hunt

Date:  Saturday, July 25th through Friday, July 31st

Santa Cruz County Parks celebrates "Parks Make Life Better" Month with a scavenger hunt.  Santa Cruz County Parks urges all residents to enjoy and recognize the social, physical, environmental, and community benefits from your parks.  This July, we invite the community to celebrate "Parks Make Life Better" month by participating in our community scavenger hunt.

Visit the following County Parks to participate in the scavenger hunt:  Anna Jean Cummings Park, Chanticleer Park, Felt Street Park, Heart of Soquel Plaza, Highlands Park, Hook Park, Jose Avenue Park, Pinto Lake County Park, Polo Grounds Park, Quail Hollow Ranch County Park, Seacliff Village Park, and Scott Park.

Scavenger Hunt steps:

  1. Visit one of the above local Santa Cruz County Parks between July 25-31 for a chance to win a prize. 
  2. During your visit, locate the Scavenger Hunt sign within the park.
  3. Post a picture of the sign on either Facebook (@santacruzcountyparks), Instagram (#santacruzcountyparks) or Twitter (#santacruzcountyparks), and tag Santa Cruz County Parks.
  4. Email your first/last name, park name, and picture of the sign to prcweb@santacruzcounty.us by 6pm on Friday, July 31st to be placed in the prize drawing. Limit one entry per park.
