Description
Tennis courts, picnic tables, lawn, a wheelchair accessible basketball court, pirate ship playground, and restrooms are available at this 1.4 acre neighborhood park. Jump houses are not permitted. Portable bbq's and cookstoves (i.e. propane stoves, comal pozo/disco) are not permitted.  A playful sculpture of an otter touching its tail, by artist Paula Zima, is especially popular with children.

Parking is on the street.

Recreation
There is a tennis court and half basketball court.

Directions
From Hwy 1 take the Soquel exit. Head towards Santa Cruz on Soquel Avenue. Take a left onto 7th Avenue at the gas station. Keep on 7th Avenue, and go past Capitola Road and Brommer Street. The park is on the left .3 miles past Brommer Street, just past the railroad tracks.
