Picnic Area Reservations

Brommer Street Park in the Live Oak neighborhood has a covered pavilion picnic area available for reservation. The picnic area has a barbecue grill and nearby permanent restrooms. The picnic area is located near a lawn area, playground, and basketball/tennis/pickle ball courts. This picnic location is easy to access and centrally located!

Athletic Field & Sport Court Reservations

Brommer Street Park in the Live Oak neighborhood has one baseball/softball field for reservation. The field is close to a playground, pickleball courts, picnic tables, permanent restrooms, and abundant lawn area. This field’s location is easy to access and centrally located!

Outdoor Class Permits

Whether it’s fitness, tai chi, plein air painting or any other low impact outdoor recreational activity, County Parks offers various park sites for you to teach your outdoor classes.

Public Art

The Santa Cruz County Board of Supervisors established a Percent for Art Program applicable to County construction projects. As a result of the Board's decision, up to 2% of the construction costs for new buildings and parks can be allocated to place public artwork at the site.
