Description
This is a 2.7 acre neighborhood park located at the end of Coffee Lane in Live Oak. Wheelchair accessible playground, a basketball court and picnic tables are available.

Directions
From Hwy 1 take the 41st Ave exit, turn toward the ocean. Stay in the right lane and make your first right on Gross Rd. Continue on this road until you see Coffee Lane, turn right. Park is at end of road.
