Capitola Mall Food Court - ages 50+

Come try out our Capitola Mall Walking stretch class for FREE on Monday, July 6th.  This class consists of carefully coordinated stretches, both seated and standing.  Check in at the desk at the entrance to the food court.

The class is held Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 8:30 to 9:10 a.m. The instructors are senior volunteers. This class is normally included in a $25.00 Mall Walking fee. Non-members are welcome drop-in to a class for $5.00.
