The County Parks Department is proud to offer unique meeting rooms for your needs. Located throughout the county, our meeting rooms can accommodate a variety of needs from organization and company meetings and also classes. The Meeting Room fees include use of the indoor facility and tables and chairs. All facilities have kitchens available at the additional hourly rate. When you are ready to book, you can download the conditions of use and the Meeting Room Reservation Request Form, and return them to the County Parks office at 979 17th Avenue Santa Cruz, CA 95062 (in the Simpkins Family Swim Center) or fax in your application to (831)454-7940. Be sure to read the Agreement to Hold Harmless. You may phone in your reservations to (831)454-7938 during our office hours Monday-Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm. County Departments may now use the same reservation application as above.
