Available Types of Permits
Due to Covid-19 health orders, available permits are generally limited to the following. We adapt as quickly as we can to what is allowed. Details on what is permitted and how to apply appear below:
Unavailable Permits
Due to Covid-19 health orders, the following permits are generally unavailable.
- Meeting Rooms
- Indoor Events
- Reservable Picnic Areas
Outdoor Class Permits
Outdoor Class Permits – Boot Camps, Yoga, Dance
Any authorized outdoor program will require a permit to operate.
Group classess (14 or less participants) plus instructor. For those interested in obtaining permits, please email reservations@scparks.com.
Sports Fields
Organized Youth Sports Permits
Reservations are available on sports fields for youth sports only. County Parks sports fields are open Mid-March through Mid-November. Competitive athletic games are not allowed under the current health order. If you need to reach us about canceling or refunding a reservation, please email reservations@scparks.com.
Wedding Permits
For those interested in obtaining permits in 2021, we are issuing wedding permits contingent on Health Order directives at the time of the permit. Please email reservations@scparks.com.
Indoor Permits
If State guidance allows, we are permitting indoor reservations in 2020 through June 2021 only for Valencia Hall.
We can process indoor reservations for 2021 dates at our special event venues with Valencia Hall only. All permits are subject to the Health Order directive in place at the time of the permit. Please email reservations@scparks.com
