Fitness at the Park

A kinder, gentler aerobic workout appropriate for active adults' who would like to include a low-intensity, low-impact workout in their fitness plans. Each class includes anaerobic conditioning and stretching segments. Register

Mall Walking Program

Outdoor Education & Environmental Interpretation

Santa Cruz County Park's outdoor education programs engage community members in Santa Cruz County's coastal redwood forests, meadows, and streams! Activities include gardening classes, guided hikes, and more! Learn More and Register

Stretch Class

This class consists of carefully coordinated stretches, both seated and standing. The class is held as part of the Mall Walking Program and is included in the annual Mall Walking fee. Non-members may drop-in for $5 per class.

Senior Center Without Limits

County Parks has partnered with Community Bridges and other local agencies to provide this new and innovative program that brings enrichment activities like yoga, art, music and support groups to seniors in their homes at no cost. The Senior Center Without Limits is a free program that overcomes the digital divide to connect seniors to their community, engage in activities to improve cognitive processes and combat isolation.
